Itinerary

Begin your Tibet journey with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa, offering spectacular aerial views of the Himalayan range, including Everest on clear days. Upon arrival at Lhasa Gonggar Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your Tibetan guide and transferred to your hotel in the city center.

The rest of the day is reserved for rest and acclimatization. You can take a gentle stroll around your hotel, enjoy a cup of Tibetan butter tea, or simply relax and adjust to the high altitude.

Start your day with a visit to the iconic Potala Palace, the former winter residence of the Dalai Lama and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its grand halls, richly decorated chapels, and enjoy panoramic views of Lhasa city from the hilltop.

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive back to Lhasa, passing through valleys, Tibetan villages, and picturesque landscapes along the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Enjoy the last views of the high plateau, snow-capped peaks, and traditional Tibetan settlements on the way.

Upon arrival in Lhasa, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You can relax, explore nearby streets, or do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs such as prayer flags, thangka paintings, or Tibetan handicrafts.

Today is reserved for leisure or optional sightseeing in Lhasa, allowing you to explore at a relaxed pace or revisit favorite spots.
