Adventure Bound Nepal offers many variations of the PoonHill Trek and this is the one where you get 5 days to explore this beautiful trekking route. The 5 Day PoonHill Trek with Adventure Bound begins as we drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara on a tourist bus. However, our trekking (walking) journey begins on the third day as we ascend from Nayapul to Ulleri. After a gradual and adventurous ascend, we finally reach PoonHill View Point. Throughout the ascend, we pass through several rivers, waterfalls, suspension bridges, and traditionally settled villages. Moreover, as the PoonHill Trekking route is very close to Pokhara, you will also find much variety in food and accommodation.
Without a doubt, the 5-Day PoonHill Trek is among the best trekking routes in the entire country which does not require much preparation and practice. Moreover, this is also a perfect trail to ascend with your families and friends. Watching the sunrise from the altitude of 3210 meters above sea level, exploring the beauty of rhododendron blossoms, and trying out some of the best locally-prepared cuisines are some of the best things that the PoonHill Trek has to offer.
In addition to all that, trekkers can also get the panoramic, clear, and eye-soothing views of different mountains and mountain ranges including, Annapurna I Main (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Machhapuchhre (6997m), Tilicho (7134m), Nilgiri (7061m), and Dhaulagiri (8167m), and for the incredible sunrise silhouetting Machhapuchhre, and the golden light that falls on the south face of Dhaulagiri.
