This 3-day safari combines wildlife exploration, cultural experiences with the Tharu community, and guided jungle activities. Lodging is in A/C deluxe rooms with attached bathrooms and hot/cold showers.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Tharu Cultural Experience

On Day 1, you will arrive at Bardia and check into your A/C deluxe lodge with attached bathroom and hot/cold shower. After settling in, enjoy a short jungle walk to explore the natural surroundings and get a first glimpse of the park’s wilderness. Later, visit the Tharu Museum to learn about the local Tharu community, their culture, traditions, and way of life. In the evening, return to your lodge to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner, preparing for the exciting wildlife activities of the following days.

Day 2: Crocodile Center, Village Walk & Elephant Experience

On Day 2, start your day with a visit to the crocodile breeding center, where you can observe and learn about the conservation of these fascinating reptiles. Afterward, take a walk through nearby villages to experience the local lifestyle and interact with the community. Later, visit the elephant center, where you can see these gentle giants up close and learn about their role in the park’s ecosystem. The day concludes with a relaxing evening at your lodge, enjoying your meals and the serene surroundings of Bardia National Park.

Day 3: Jeep Safari and Wildlife Exploration

On Day 3, embark on an exciting jeep safari through Bardia National Park, where you can spot majestic wildlife such as tigers, rhinos, elephants, and a variety of bird species in their natural habitat. Enjoy the thrill of exploring the park’s diverse landscapes, from dense forests to open grasslands, while your guide shares insights about the animals and their conservation. After the safari, return to your lodge to freshen up, have meals, and reflect on the unforgettable wildlife experiences before concluding your Bardia adventure.
