Itinerary

Day 01: Pokhara/Kathmandu to Chitwan – Arrival & Cultural Introduction

Early in the morning, around 6:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the tourist bus station. Travel by tourist bus for 4–5 hours to Sauraha, the gateway to Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Tharu Cultural Museum to learn about the traditions and lifestyle of the indigenous Tharu people. In the evening, attend a traditional Tharu cultural dance performance and conclude the day with a traditional Nepali dinner at your hotel, preparing for the exciting jungle activities ahead.

Day 02: Chitwan National Park – Jungle Safari & Activities

After an early breakfast, embark on an exciting jungle safari in Chitwan National Park, either on elephant back or by jeep, depending on your preference. Return to the hotel for lunch and some relaxation before heading out in the afternoon for a guided nature walk in the park or a visit to the Elephant Breeding Center. Later, enjoy a serene canoe ride along the Rapti River, where you may spot a variety of birds and wildlife along the riverbanks. Day 03: Chitwan to Pokhara/Kathmandu – Bird Watching & Departure

After breakfast, start your day with an early bird-watching tour within Chitwan National Park, guided by an experienced naturalist to spot the diverse avian species of the region. Following the tour, check out from your hotel and begin your journey back to Pokhara or Kathmandu. Enjoy the scenic drive as you leave the lush landscapes of Chitwan behind, arriving at your destination in the late afternoon or early evening, marking the end of your memorable 3-day jungle safari adventure.
